Meet The Mandi Flores Real Estate Team

 Mandi has been a Real Estate Agent and Team Lead for the last 14 years. Prior to real estate she has 14 years in a banking/financial background. Mandi assembled the team when she realized people needed a one-stop-shop for real estate needs. She wants her clients to get the best service and be 100% comfortable throughout the entire process.  To do that, she brought the best in the business under one roof!  Mandi is a mother of many,  Raised several Kids,  a few of which are now adults and one 12yr old Daughter still at home along with a special niece who is loved beyond measure.   In Mandi's spare time she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends/family, being involved with church, volunteering in the foster care community,  anything outdoor  or sports related,  and attending her youngest daughter's sporting events.

Shannon has been part of the real estate world and the Mandi Flores Team for over 7 years, serving as the Real Estate Assistant/Transaction Coordinator to various Realtors at Realty One Group. In 2024, Shannon added licensed Realtor to her resume while continuing to serve the team’s transaction coordinator needs.  
Prior to her real estate journey, Shannon spent several years in education as well as working for her local church.  She and her family are avid football & basketball fans and she loves to shop (shoes & purses are her jam!) and spend time with her family.
